The 1st pillar pension capital is indexed annually, at the rate determined on the basis of average salary growth in the country. 日本信販<8583>は30日、2004年3月期連結決算を発表した。それによると、最終利益は貸倒引当金積み増しによる2457億円の特別損失計上で、前3月期の9億円に対し、2161億円の赤字に転換した。市場予想は2172億円だった。合理化に向け、企業グループ数も36社から23社に削減し、有利子負債も2001年3月末の2兆6120億円から2004年3月末には1兆0606億円にまで減らした。最終損益が大幅な赤字になったのはUFJ銀行の連結子会社化に向けて、貸倒引当金を大幅に積み増し、特別損失2457億円を計上したためと説明している。このため、2004年3月期の期末配当金は中間同様に無配とした。また、最終損失の処理については、利益準備金の60億円全額と資本準備金の1685億円の全額を取り崩す方針で、さらに任意積立金100億円も損失処理に充当するが、299億円の繰越損失が発生するとしている。この繰越損失額は資本金を350億円減資することによって、一掃し、残った51億円は資本剰余金として内部留保するとしている。減資後の新資本金は1017億円となる。
